Return Policy
7-Day Return Window

At INCAJA, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Item Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@incaja.com or call (503) 354-6859. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. In such cases, INCAJA will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Refund Policy
Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund Time Frame: Please allow for up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed from the time we receive your return.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@incaja.com.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@incaja.com and send your item to the address provided during the return initiation process.
